SET UP GIUDE:

1. Insert straw, the valve is usually at least a few inches deep into the balloon.Open the valve.
2.Blow into straw to inflate balloon
3.Remove straw, the valve of the balloon will seal automatically
4.Thread ribbon, string and etc... through tab holes to hang

*****TIPS*****

You can make a banner with the "OHBABY" balloon set or tape to the wall.
Once the balloon is inflated, they can be re-inflated if necessary.
If there are small holes in the balloon and causes deflation, one could use clear tape to cover the holes.
